Your satisfaction is always our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily replace your candle. Reach out to Michelle via email (michelle@glassellcandleco.com) and she will help you find a candle you absolutely love!

Please note all purchases at pop-up events or craft markets are final sale.

If a candle is damaged while in transit, please reach out to us and we'll ship a replacement right away.

For lost or stolen packages, we encourage you to work directly with USPS as we are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier within 24-48 hours if you receive confirmation that your order is delivered but do not receive the package.
